Loyalty is a choice. One does not have to obey it. They only follow it because they care enough to hold it dear to them. They only follow it because they want to. It is a choice to not stray or abandon anyone. It is a choice to protect them, and to stay true.
Choices. We are always presented with them constantly. Whether or not it is the right one or the better is based on the outcome, or just basic morals. Whether or not to stay loyal to morals, to promises, or to others: they are choices.
